Could Be Lame.

So, tonight is the first joint session of the dual-DM Dungeons and Dragons game that by buddy Randy and I are running.  The majority of the session will be role-playing.  We’ve tried to set up a good bit of motivations for the characters between one another, both competetive and cooperative.

I ran a similar concept for a one-shot about six months ago.  That one was set in the World of Warcraft, and hardly a die fell the whole evening.  I felt like that was one of the best games I’d run in a long time.  It was basically set at a peace conference between Alliance and Horde, with each faction inside of the sides having their own motives.

This one will be a bit different, mainly because it’s part of an ongoing campaign.  Could be cool, could be lame.  We’ll just have to see how it comes out.

I prefer playing with WOW these days. But I used to be a big D and D player during my high school days.
